Barlow Foundation / Capital Campaign Manager

Capital Campaign Manager,Part-time/3 days per week/Exempt.The Capital Campaign Manager is responsible for managing the donor/volunteer and administrative activities of the Capital Campaign. Major focus is on the development, implementation and management of the cultivation, solicitation and stewardship activities for potential donors. The individual must be able to work independently and within a team environment. Exercises independent judgment on matters which have significant impact on the Foundation's operations, capital and annual business plan. Bachelors Degree required. Five years of development (or at least three years of development experience and two years of related experience in sales and marketing), including demonstrated success in capital campaigns or major gift management. Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical, organizational and research skills. Demonstrated skill working with donor databases and systems for tracking and maintaining development records. High level of self-motivation and demonstrated ability to pursue Barlow Respiratory Hospital's strategic initiatives.
