Waldron is excited to announce a new search we are conducting on behalf of the Trust for Public Land (TPL). TPL is about to launch the largest capital campaign in the organizations history and they need a new Western Division Director of Philanthropy to help lead the efforts. The launch of the 7-year phased campaign will coincide with TPLs 40-year anniversary starting in late 2012. If you know of a philanthropic leader that is passionate about conservation please help us to spread the word about this once in a lifetime opportunity! About TPL: Founded in 1972, the Trust for Public Land (TPL) works to conserve land for active use by people as parks, playgrounds, community gardens, farms, historic places, and wilderness areas. Currently TPL has a number of ongoing initiatives covering the diverse regions mentioned throughout the country. About the role: As a member of the Senior Management Team, the Division Director of Philanthropy is responsible for managing all fund raising strategies for the Western Division, overseeing locations in the following states: CA, CO, HI, MT, OR, & WA. The current Division Director is in the process of transitioning into the National Campaign Director role.
