There are two options of membership in PGRT-SC:

I. Member of the PGRT-SC council only - $50
II. Member of both the National Committee on Planned Giving (NCPG) and
the PGRT-SC council - $170

 

Member Benefits Dues and Membership Particulars

The membership year is a twelve-month period, starting the month in which your dues are received. The annual dues are as follows:

$50 Membership in PGRT-SC only

$170 Membership in both PGRT-SC and NCPG

Memberships are for individuals and are not transferable; we do not offer corporate memberships. The membership cycle is on a 12-month basis and members are assigned an anniversary date; therefore, regardless of which month you join, you will receive benefits for a full 12 months.

PGRT-SC serves both the nonprofit and allied professional, whether new to the field or with many years of experience. Professional groups represented at the PGRT-SC include:

Regular opportunities for professional education through presentations from industry leaders about timely planned giving issues at the general membership meetings and the Western Regional Planned Giving Conference   

Frequent opportunities for networking with other gift planners and allied professionals at the general membership meetings and the Western Regional Planned Giving Conference

The Model Standards of Practice for the Charitable Gift Planner is a voluntary code of professional conduct for gift planners and donor advisors. NCPG provides an Ethics Committee to address the concerns of individual members and to work with the councils to clarify and ratify the Model Standards. All councils affiliated with NCPG must ratify the Model Standards.
